By creating an account you agree to these terms. You may use Mrkr to measure websites you own or are authorised to measure, in line with applicable law and the privacy rights of your visitors.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. During early access the service may be free or discounted. Prices and included usage may change with reasonable notice.

Do not use Mrkr to collect data you are not allowed to collect, to deanonymise individuals, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

We work hard to keep Mrkr available and accurate, but the service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.
